With this incredible, all-day pass, you’ll have full access to over 40 different indoor wellness experiences. Take a dip in one of the outdoor heated panoramic spa pools and soak up spectacular views of the city. The spa also features saunas, relaxation rooms, steam baths, Vichy showers, foot baths, ice room, salt room, and more!
Don't miss the spa's newly opened restaurant, Casa QC, where you can treat yourself to a variety of food and beverages. Whether you're in the mood for something light or hearty, there's wholesome options for every taste.

Availability
When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You’ll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions, and your experience with us begins!
Year-Round:
Sunday through Thursday - 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Friday and Saturday - 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM
*Your full-day entry may start as early as 9:00 AM. Virgin Gifts customers can check in at 9:00 AM. Please plan your ferry ride accordingly. You must be at the Ferry no later than 45 minutes before your check-in time.

- This experience is not recommended for expectant mothers
- Additional spa treatments (such as massages) are not included and must be booked on site
- Please note: the last ferry to NYC is 1 hour after closing
- Food, beverages, and products are available for additional purchase at the spa
- Ferry ticket from Battery Maritime Building Ferry Terminal to Governors Island is included with the purchase. (10 South Street, Slip 7, NY, NY)

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
