- On-site lockers are complimentary for the first 90 minutes
- Guests in wheelchairs are welcome to watch from the stationary platform, or they can ride as long as they can transfer from their wheelchair to the seat by themselves or with help from a companion

Cancellation Policy
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
