The sunset hot air balloon ride was a wonderful experience. Our pilot, Shane, is very experienced and never once was I afraid. It was so peaceful and beautiful floating around the Gilbert/Queen Creek area. We could also talk to people on the ground when we were at low altitudes, and a lot came out of their houses to see us. The crew was great also, setting up the equipment quickly, and helping everyone in and out of the basket. Everything went smoothly and all was explained thoroughly to us as first time balloon riders. I highly recommend booking this experience, I want to go again!!

Your unforgettable evening begins in Phoenix where you’ll enjoy round trip transportation to the balloon launch site. You’ll be flying with a team of FAA-certified pilots and a provider with over 45 years of experience. So, you can float across the sky in confidence!
Help the crew set up for launch, and watch as your massive, rainbow-hued balloon inflates before your eyes. You’ll feel a wave of excitement as you climb into the basket and watch the balloon slowly lift off the ground.

- Participants must be at least 5 years of age. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic champagne is included
- Participants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid ID to consume alcohol
- Participants cannot exceed an individual weight of 300 pounds
- Participants must be at least 4' tall or taller
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers or anyone who has had a recent surgery

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have scheduled a date and received a booking confirmation, no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 5 days prior to your experience, failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 5 days prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience. In the event your experience is cancelled due to inclement weather you will reschedule your experience directly with your experience provider.
