How do your eGift Cards work?
The recipient will be able to apply their eGift Card towards 5,000+ experiences on our Virgin Gifts website.
They simply register their gift card to their Virgin Gifts account, and can redeem this whenever they choose. If redeemed against something of less value than the gift card total, this balance will remain in their account for them to keep spending on more experiences when they wish. Equally, they can add to the balance if what takes their fancy is a little more expensive.
Can I use my Virgin Gifts eGift Card on other Virgin websites?
No. Your eGift Card can only be used to redeem experiences on the Virgin Gifts website. It cannot be utilized on any other Virgin websites, including Virgin Voyages, Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Galactic, Virgin Hotels, and Virgin Limited Edition.
What are my delivery options?
Our eGift Cards are delivered via email only.
We can email the gift card directly to the recipient (on a date of your choice) or to you. You'll also be able to print the certificate after checkout if you wish to.
Can I choose a custom amount for the eGift Card?
Yes. Simply select "choose an amount" and you'll see given options, or a space at the bottom to enter the exact total you'd like to put on the eGift Card.
Can I use my eGift Card on any experiences on your website?
Your eGift Card can be used on most experiences across our site. The only exception is certain products that are excluded from promotions - See excluded products.
What is your return policy?
Our Gift Cards are non-refundable. The good news? They never expire, and your recipient can use them toward any of our 6,000+ experiences across the US.
