QC NY Spa
- Guest must be at least 21 years old (Valid ID required at check-in)
- If you have a health condition, please consult with your doctor before visiting the spa
- This experience is not recommended for expectant mothers
- Additional spa treatments (such as massages) are not included and must be booked on site
- Please note: the last ferry to NYC is 1 hour after closing
- Ferry ticket from Battery Maritime Building Ferry Terminal to Governors Island is included with the purchase. (10 South Street, Slip 7, NY, NY)
CASA QC Bistro
- This is a food and drink gift card only, it does not include spa entry or additional spa treatments
- Guests must be at least 21 years old and bring their valid photo ID to consume alcohol
- This gift card is only valid when purchased with admission to QC NY Spa

Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Gifts.
Cancellation Policy
QC NY Spa
Once you have received a booking confirmation, cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the experience. Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
Casa QC Bistro
Prior to redeeming your Virgin Gifts certificate for your QC NY Spa of Wonders Food and Beverage Gift Card, Virgin Gifts's standard return and exchange policy shall apply. This includes the ability to exchange this gift for any other gift or experience offered by Virgin Gifts. However, once you have redeemed your Virgin Gifts certificate and been issued a QC NY Spa of Wonders Food and Beverage Gift Card number, you will no longer be able to exchange your QC NY Spa of Wonders Food and Beverage Gift Card for another Virgin Gifts experience, and no refunds will be given.
